In most professional fields at MDI, there are no strict core working hours; the start and end of the working day can be flexibly arranged.
There is a quarterly Development Talk and a semi-annual Leadership Feedback Talk. Personal development is also strongly encouraged.

Every employee gets a laptop and a cell phone. We also work with tools & software such as MIRO, TEAMS, a cloud-based database, and much more.

I find the variety of my job as a Learning & Development Consultant
exciting every day, because no day is like the one before.I get to creatively design new projects & work together with a wide range of clients & partners from numerous industries on existing & future leadership development programs. I learn a lot about structures, needs and current challenges – the great thing is that I get to work on a possible solution and contribute my part to a sustainable implementation. I am proud to actively work with my team on the strategy of MDI and enjoy the room for creativity and the trust that is given to me. But most of all, I am grateful for the people at MDI – who inspire me every day and sweeten my workday with warmth & joy.
Since we spend a lot of our day at work, fun should not be neglected. In this sense, I have taken on the responsibility in my team to regularly interrupt the workday with bad music & dance breaks.
