What has changed due to the Corona crisis and what are the stumbling blocks on the way
What influence did the Corona crisis really have on the Corporate Training and Learning area? We asked our experts and found out some exciting things.

The MDI-Expert Panel

 

The MDI Expert Panel was established to make meaningful use of our large network of international experts. Short surveys are sent out to the panel of experts as needed and appropriate, and the results are then made available to all. The aim is to summarize expert opinions which are not subject to any quantitative-scientific claim, but express the subjective perception of our experts and thus give a very personal impression of current trends and developments.

 

In our first survey we asked for needs, wants but also opinions about the Corona crisis and its effects. Almost all of the respondents were affected by the crisis, most of them severely. On the positive side, however, it should be noted that coping with and handling the crisis was challenging for most of them, but that they succeeded very well. A great many training measures were completely or partially implemented virtually. The mix of methods has now also been given an impetus for change – almost all experts state that they will increasingly use digital components (webinars, e-learnings, etc.) in the future…
