As of now, our trainer of many years Alexandra Sock in the new role of managing partner strengthes the MDI Management Team.

Alexandra Sock – „Carrying passion for learning out to the world“

Screen Shot 2014-11-11 at 14.21.21In October 2014, Alexandra Sock was appointed shareholder and managing partner and as a first step in her new role will be responsible for business development in Western Austria and Bavaria. Besides working as a trainer and consultant (with more than 1500 days of training experience) she will steer business development in this region.

“With her profound and longstanding experience Alexandra enriches our team tremendously. I hardly know anyone, who contributes that much established expertise – based on numerous trainings, trains in six languages and senses and meets the needs of customers like Alexandra does”, says Gunther Fürstberger – Managing Director of MDI. Among her core competencies range leadership, team development, change management, intercultural competence, conflict management and personnel development. Her success as a trainer and consultant is based on a lot of experience in the corporate context, for instance as Marketing Manager with leadership responsibility, as Management Consultant with leadership responsibility, as HR Manager and as Managing Director, the latter at MDI-SPIDI Language- and Managementeducation GmbH.

Passion for Learning

“I would like to carry my passion for learning and development out to the world. I am motivated by getting people enthusiastic about lifelong learning and proactive, positive influencing (in whatever they do)”, says Alexandra Sock. This is supported by her long list of training and education courses. Besides numerous courses on training, coaching and organizational development she completed the following university studies: Romance Studies (Italian, French, Spanish), Business Education & Administration, Human Capital Management as well as Corporate Management & Business Consultancy.
