Dear ladies and gentlemen!

Gunther Fürstberger, author and managing director of MDI, talks about the significance of the fall of the Berlin Wall with regards to leadership and leaders.

The fall of the Berlin Wall marked more freedom and a better form of cooperation and co-existence for millions of people. In terms of leadership this could be a symbol for widening horizons and being open for new influences.

Reflect on this and share your thoughts with us!

  • From your experience – what are “walls” that leaders need to overcome or tear down?
  • From your point of view – how could leaders do so and what could be helpful?
  • Reflect for yourself: Which “walls” – personal or in your environment – do you currently face? Which walls should be overcome? For which new influences should you be more open? Who could support you in doing so? What could be the first steps?

Share your experiences with us on the MDI Blog or on Facebook! We are also looking forward to receiving your answers via email!
