Leader as a Coach
Coaching is a non-directive way of leadership that fits especially in partnership oriented company cultures. Dynamic coaching strategies help leaders build commitment and foster growth in their people. The best workplace coaches are those who understand and develop their own coaching style, who know how to "flex" their style to coach others, and who can use the coaching process and concepts effectively through understanding and skill development. During the course participants will practice coaching sequences using own real life topics. Trainer input will be complemented with role plays and exercises, and participants will be challenged to draw their own conclusions.
