Good decision making is an essential skill for career success generally, and effective leadership particularly. If managers learn to make timely and well-considered decisions, this will help them lead their team to spectacular and well-deserved success. This seminar helps managers to improve their decision making skills by following a process that can be easily learned and applied.

During the course the participants will work on case studies as well as on their own decisions based on their own real life cases, and they will also exchange experience with other participants. They will be supported by an expert MDI trainer and also by each other through the decision making process.
